This innovative machine expands the range of the 3rd generation of cutting and creasing machines in the world from corrugated and grooved substrates from 1mm to 3mm \/ 40-120 points.<\/p>\n<p>Machine <strong>Highcon Euclid IIIC<\/strong> has been working with corrugated cardboard in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lxbxh.ch\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">LxBxH<\/a> (Switzerland) since the end of 2015 and is already commercially available on the market. <\/p>\n<p>Silvano Gauch, President of LxBxH comments: <em>\u201cWe have been working with Highcon&#039;s digital slitting and creasing technology to produce short runs, high quality bundles, on demand for our customers. The tests that have been carried out, comparing the boxes produced digitally with the conventional ones, have shown that the boxes produced, with the same substrate, in the Euclid are stronger than those produced in the conventional machines. This provides the opportunity to achieve the same strength with less material use and, as a result, lower costs.
