El iFOIL<\/em><\/strong> es la primera soluci\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n en el mundo <\/span>capaz de realizar relieve y estampado en caliente en un proceso totalmente digital<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para la 58\u00aa edici\u00f3n de la ceremonia, Infopro Digital Group , editor de la revista \u00abUsine Nouvelle\u00bb, \u00abEmballages Revista\u00bb & \u00abLSA\u00bb reuni\u00f3 a un selecto panel de profesionales y periodistas<\/strong><\/em> del embalaje, packaging y envases<\/em>; para determinar los ganadores de los premios Oscar de l’Emballage en sus diferentes categor\u00edas.<\/p>\n

Este nuevo proceso digital elimina completamente la necesidad de planchas o troqueles<\/strong><\/em>, ya que todo est\u00e1 controlado por un RIP trabajando archivos digitales lo que permite una puesta en marcha y arranque de muy pocos pocos minutos<\/strong><\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Al tratarse de un proceso totalmente digital, esto tambi\u00e9n permite la producci\u00f3n con dato variable de efectos en relieve y l\u00e1minas de estampaci\u00f3n en caliente<\/strong><\/em>, pudiendo cada hoja ser diferente a la anterior, con un claro impacto en la productividad.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para la estampaci\u00f3n en caliente y relieve en digital, la soluci\u00f3n iFOIL utiliza pel\u00edculas o foils disponibles en el mercado, lo que permite una amplia gama de colores y efectos, incluyendo met\u00e1lico y pel\u00edculas hologr\u00e1ficas.<\/p>\n

Para grabaci\u00f3n en<\/strong><\/em> relieve o hendido <\/em>digital<\/strong><\/em>, la soluci\u00f3n iFOIL en l\u00ednea con la JETvarnish 3D puede crear un espesor acumulado de hasta 200 micras*<\/strong><\/em> (*opcional: Twin) sin generar marcas de estampado en la parte posterior de la hoja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tanto el relieve como la estampaci\u00f3n en caliente se pueden activar independientemente el uno del otro o se pueden combinar.<\/p>\n
