The label industry<\/em><\/strong> is experiencing a sustained growth<\/strong><\/em>, with the recovery of domestic consumption and the boost in exports as the main causes, which can be summarized as more orders but less quantity for each order<\/strong><\/em>. Increasingly, the client diversifies and personalizes the batches, thus demanding smaller volumes of labels, with a competitive price and a delivery in record time.<\/p>\n

\u00abThe label printing market is demanding a\u00a0efficient short run production<\/strong>, and the Miyakoshi semi-rotary produces, for many of our customers, high-quality short runs from as little as 350-400 meters at speeds of up to 60 m \/ min. It is common for multiple jobs to be spread across the entire width of the machine. Many Miyakoshi printers are using our semi-rotary in much the same way as a digital printing machine. The set-up is short, and the ink opening zones are preset starting directly from the PDF material. The costs of offset plates are practically negligible. All finishing processes (simple varnishing, die cutting, laminating and hot stamping) for the Miyakoshi machine are completed offline \u00bb<\/em> Yuichi Ikeda, General Director of Miyakoshi Europe, details us.<\/p>\n
