\nThe JETvarnish 3D unit is ideal for short, medium and long runs, and is positioned as the benchmark for quality, flexibility and profitability in the graphic arts market.
\nJETvarnish 3D has a very fast start-up as it does not use plates or screens, does not generate waste, and produces between 1 and 3,000 sheets \/ hour without complications.
\nThe JETvarnish 3D system accepts a wide range of media, with sheet widths ranging from 210 to 520mm and thicknesses from 135 to 600g \/ m2. If you add the visual impact of UV varnishing reserved for book covers, brochures, containers, folders, business cards ... the only thing that limits the possibilities of this equipment is the imagination. Allows varnishing with a gloss, ultra-gloss or satin finish.
\nThe JETvarnish 3D unit's built-in UV curing system dries sheets \u201con the fly\u201d via a conveyor belt, without the need for ozone or solvents. The sheets arrive completely dry in the high capacity stacker, allowing them to be handled immediately.
\nIt's very easy to add sparse varnish to any project; just add a fifth color to the design, highlighting the areas where the reservation effects should be applied.
