MBO CoBo Stack Automatic Stacker

The MBO CoBo-Stack it's a cobot (collaborative robot) designed to automate the stacking of printed products, such as folded sheets, without the need for a protective cage. Thanks to its ergonomic and safe design, it is easily integrated into printing and finishing lines, reducing the physical burden on the operator and increasing productivity.

How does the MBO CoBo-Stack work?

The stacks of finished products are transported from the delivery to the CoBo-Stack table. The cobot automatically picks up the stacks and deposits them on pallets.

• The pallets can be placed on both sides of the machineThis allows continuous operation: while one pallet is being filled, the operator removes the other and places an empty pallet.

• A multicolour indicator lamp and acoustic signals inform about operating statuses, allowing the operator to perform additional tasks such as quality control or job preparation without having to stand in front of the machine.
