Ceramic non-stick – Flash Power

Flash Power Ceramic Anti-Stick is a 100% pure ceramic based formulation, specially designed for application on all types of graphic arts machinery. The large amount of ceramic and its low molecular weight gives it the properties of: non-stick, anti-friction, anti-wear and anti-rust on treated surfaces.
Specially micronised to leave no gaps to cover.
Its polarisation makes it an adhesive product on metals. Flash Power Ceramic Antiadherent is a technically very advanced product that offers a wide range of applications in the graphic arts, which are detailed below:

TECHNICAL OFFSET APPLICATIONS

-Prevents scuffing and scratches on any part of the machine where the paper passes: cylinder clamps, exit, etc. ....
Excellent anti-static agent when applied to the marker.
-It does not stain the paper and is long lasting.
-Applied on the printing cylinders, it avoids ink thickening and bleeding, recommended for runs with a lot of ink mass or with delicate paper that is not very absorbent. Also recommended to avoid overspray, applying it on the printing cylinder or body in question.
-Its dry film, unlike conventional silicones, offers an extraordinary durability, without staining the materials in contact with the product, ensuring optimum protection.
-Does not attack rubbers, rubbers and plastic materials.

TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS BINDING

Excellent high performance anti-friction and anti-stick product, in silicone replacement applications it performs approximately 1 spray Flash Power Ceramic Anti-Stick = 12 sprays of silicone.
Unlike regular silicones which can leave excess product behind, which is then absorbed by the paper in production, Flash Power Ceramic Anti-Stick forms a dry film to avoid this problem.
-Excellent antistatic agent, can be applied to any part of the machine.
-Common applications: ramps or blades of trilateral guillotines, blades and plates of linear guillotines, any part where the sheets pass or circulate, and covers in folding machines, covering machines, etc...
-Prevents glue sticking to the surfaces treated with the product and acts as an antioxidant on them.
-By applying Flash Power Ceramic Antiadherent only once, its excellent durability means that we do not have to continuously spray the surface with other products, with the loss of time or production that this entails.
-Does not attack rubbers, rubbers and plastic materials.
