Baumannperfecta high-speed cutting guillotines are renewed with a new and modern design, focused on functionality, ergonomics and safety, allowing to process and cut a wide variety of media: paper, cardboard, offset printing plates. Thanks to their modular design, BaumannPerfecta cutting guillotines can easily be complemented with other peripheral post-press equipment and can therefore offer more complete solutions, including fully automatic cutting systems.

The centerpiece of the new design is its large, tiltable screen, which offers an ideal view and therefore full control for any operator. In combination with the new CUTPIT control, the operation of the cutter is easier than ever.
Another highlight is its cutting cell, also recently developed, which guarantees a significantly longer blade life thanks to an innovative damping system.
The creation of the cutting program is done via menu through the large touch screen, which covers a variety of cutting jobs, for example: single cut, programmed cut, repeat cut, clamp without cut, automatic transfer of the actual value. All high-speed cutters can be optionally equipped with the CutTronic or CutTronic Plus CIP data module and adapted to your individual needs thanks to the many options available.
Open interfaces and data formats offer the possibility of a connection to almost any MIS system. In addition, the optional software Straight 2 Cut and Straight 2 Cut Plus ensure the opening of cutting programs directly on the cutter by means of a barcode reader - 4.0 baumann perfect cut.
