ALL IN ONE MACHINE

Integra is a cutting system designed by Valiani to process materials of greater consistency and thickness typical of the world of signage and the packaging industry. Configurable with a 1kW milling machine and a wide range of cutting tools, Integra guarantees great versatility and quality standards in managing the processing of the most common rigid supports used in the graphic industry. Precise milling, engraving, cutting and creasing is now possible with Valiani Integra, a qualitatively impeccable Italian product characterized by its robust shape, high precision and reliability.

MILLING TOOL

The 1 kW milling machine that mounts on the machine can handle the processing of the most common rigid media used in the sign and graphics industry including PVC rigid foam, acrylic, aluminum composite panels, forex and plexiglass up to 13 mm (0.5″) thick. The module of the milling machine reaches a maximum of 6 mm in diameter.

ONE MILL, MANY OPPORTUNITIES

Integra is the answer to the demands of cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing and milling, as it is capable of guaranteeing optimal performance without resorting to a cutting die. The machine can be equipped with a high resolution camera that automatically detects the position of the registration marks of the registration marks to make fast and accurate contour cuts. Optimum media fixation is provided by a zone-adjustable dynamic concentration vacuum table and a pneumatic clamping system.
