TECHNICAL OFFSET APPLICATIONS
Flash Power Concentrated Cleaner is especially indicated for cleaning ink in printing cylinders, cylinder pinch bars, drum roller necks, vores, or any metallic part of the machine where it is desired to eliminate ink accumulations in a short space of time, as well as any remains that may have remained after automatic washing of the cylinders (in case the machine has such a device), reducing cleaning times throughout the same production run, job change or format.
Applicable to ceramic, anelox, granulated and metallic cylinders.
Ideal also for a quick cleaning of the cylinder of the body that is used with varnish.
TECHNICAL APPLICATIONS BINDING
Especially suitable for cleaning all types of glues (Hotmelt, Pur and cold glues). For example: burnt coleros, remains of tails in different parts of the machine, etc.
Also applicable for cleaning conveyor belts in gumming lines, which suffer from glue accumulation on them, in this application the LCI must be removed in a short space of time (consult your sales technician for application instructions).
HOW TO USE
Shake well before use.
Apply to the surface to be cleaned at about 20 centimeters and let it act for between 1 and 2 minutes. Then remove the remains of ink or varnish with a cloth in the case of offset machines. In the event that the product to be removed is glues, it is advisable to use a spatula or similar to optimize the process of using a spatula or similar to optimize the cleaning process. Repeat the operation as many times as necessary until the accumulation or thickness of glue is completely removed.
