Eagle Systems, Inc., American manufacturer and developer of foil finishing equipment, announces that the company continues to expand its commercial reach by signing a distribution and assistance agreement with the Spanish OMC sae.

With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, OMC has more than 25 years of experience in the graphic arts and commercial printing sector. OMC will be locally supported by Eagle's new European office in Warsaw, Poland, under the direction of Pawel Kusinski, Executive Director of Eagle Systems Europe. The agreement, which will enter into force immediately, combines support for local marketing tasks and WTO contacts with popular hot-foil and cold-foil systems by Eagle.

"We are a family business, with almost three decades of experience in the domestic market, and we specialize in machinery, supplies and equipment distribution for the graphic arts sector, both in offset and digital printing", points out the Marketing Director of OMC, Michel Madoz.

“As we have been doing with all our partners, such as Komori, MGI, Miyakoshi or Wohlenberg; we try to choose equipment manufacturers that focus their dedication on technology and innovation, but also oriented to the specific commercial and production needs of the end customer. Eagle has an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, and I am confident that our customers will make good use of their hot foil and cold foil systems. I think it will be of special interest to our Komori customers. The Eagle Systems equipment perfectly complements the Komori printing machines and their workflow. " Michel Madoz remarks.

"Our agreement with OMC brings together two leaders of the sector whose main objective is to satisfy the needs of the end user", observes Mike King, President and CEO of Eagle. “Like OMC, at Eagle we seek to offer all our clients tools of the highest quality. Ultimately, the factors that most affect business performance are throughput, short learning curves, high productivity, and rapid return on investment. Working in parallel with OMC in the Spanish graphic community, Eagle will achieve a more efficient market impact, enjoying a representation that reflects our vision and our ethical devotion to the end user ”.

The Eco-Eagle Cold Foil System

The Eco-Eagle Cold Foil System is a value-added finishing technique for cold foil applications. The system can be installed on new or existing sheetfed offset machines between 70cm and 200cm from most manufacturers.

It offers the user the flexibility to apply 102 cm of foil or multiple widths, in any combination, with a minimum width of 5 cm. This significantly reduces the cost and consumption of foil. Additionally, the system consumes the same electricity as a 1,500-watt hair dryer, reducing energy demand in production environments.

This year, Eagle Systems has added the ability to use a 16,000k foil coil that allows fewer changes to be made during the run.

About Eagle Systems

For more than 25 years, Eagle Systems has been a leading company in the design and manufacture of foil application equipment and finishing equipment. With hundreds of installations around the world, the Eagle Systems brand is synonymous with quality, reliability and innovation.

Since founding the company, Mike King, CEO / President and inventor of all Eagle Systems products, has specialized in the use of foil in printing. Once again, Mike has demonstrated his mastery in this area since the company introduced its new line of foil systems: Eco-Eagle Cold Foil and Eco-Eagle Cast and Cure.

These systems occupy a category of their own. Built, assembled, and fully tested at its new Ocean New Jersey facility, Eco-Eagle systems have a three-day installation timeframe until they go into production. Using advanced technologies and the potential of the internet, Eco-Eagle automated systems reduce the cost of foil, offer smooth operation and apply foil without the need for operator intervention.
