OMC and BAGEL SYSTEMS have concluded an agreement to distribute the BAGEL SYSTEMS rolling mills at the national level. In this way, WTO completes and complements its proposal for finishing equipment for both offset and digital.

BAGEL SYSTEMS is a Spanish company, linked to NAGEL and specialized in the manufacture of DRY laminating machines with more than 500 installations worldwide. Our solutions are aimed at making it easier for the printer to internalize the laminating process, a key element to gain competitiveness.

From the BAGEL SYSTEMS range, we highlight:

Laminator MINILAM -B3
Designed to laminate with digital. Accepts sheets up to 72 cm long.

DIGIFAV -B2 laminator
Laminates all types of digital sheets and B2 offset.

KIKUZEN -B1 sheeter

Designed for digital, B2 offset and B1 offset.

-They require lower power consumption due to their oil heating system that allows them to keep the heat for a longer time compared to air or water heaters.
-They have increased heat transmission thanks to their 4 calender finishes made by TECHNOCROM®, which allows higher production speeds with first-class finishes.
- They have a simple film loading system. Simple and quick to place on the shaft.
- Its operation and handling do not give shocks. It is designed to minimize temperature fluctuations both in starts and stops and in job changes.
- Prevents damage to printing, since it acts with lower levels of temperatures, almost no thermal variations and disconnecting the pressure roller automatically in case of stoppage.

All models are compatible with the 95% of current digital equipment such as MGI®, XEROX®, HP®, KONICA MINOLTA®, OCE® or KODAK®, also in many cases we can use low adhesive power film.

This year in DRUPA 2012, we will present what has never been seen in “laminating tech”; Fully automated starting and threading, enabling job changes in record time. Visit us in Hall 8B stand A83, at the NAGEL stand.
